Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding support
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive industries
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through advanced Boolean search techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or Workday
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting placement targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
