Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for full-time positions across technology, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic consultations
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly KPIs in candidate placements and client satisfaction
- Expertise in sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage offer discussions
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
