Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and client satisfaction
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Albuquerque's local job market
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
