Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement goals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
