Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Conducting in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills/cultural fit
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilizing ATS platforms and social media to expand talent pipelines
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies to meet client demands
- Tracking metrics and optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
