Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates across diverse industries using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular business reviews and strategic account planning
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to position clients competitively in Portland's talent landscape
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track metrics, optimize conversion rates, and improve hiring efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements within our recruitment team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or creative staffing experience with proven track record in high-volume recruitment
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including passive candidate sourcing and complex interview coordination
- Strong familiarity with Portland's talent market and regional tech/creative ecosystem
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and C-suite stakeholders
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
