Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for permanent, contract, and temporary roles across Phoenix metro
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify passive candidates
- Documenting recruitment activities in ATS and providing weekly performance reports
- Collaborating with sales team to understand client staffing needs and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for candidate placements
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
