Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines through strategic networking, social media, and referral programs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Develop strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance
- Stay current with Philadelphia's job market trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of proven recruitment/staffing experience with preference for agency background
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies across multiple industries
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting recruitment KPIs
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
