Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand evolving needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with perfect-fit roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent in competitive markets
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client portfolio and service offerings
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics in ATS systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing techniques across multiple industries and skill sets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Omaha's local job market and talent landscape
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
