Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across diverse industries using advanced sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and relationship-building
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment campaigns and performance metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and compensation benchmarks in the LA market
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a staffing agency or corporate HR department
- Proven success in placing candidates in competitive markets with strong closing rates
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and KPIs
- Valid staffing agency certification or SHRM-SCP/SPHR designation preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
