Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and finance
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for targeted outreach
- Present qualified candidates to clients with comprehensive market insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or agency staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs including time-to-fill and placement rates
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
