Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with staffing industry regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume assignments simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- ATS certification (CPC or CTS) a plus
