Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and business goals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
- Utilize CRM systems and social platforms to build robust talent pipelines and passive candidate networks
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and placement satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs and revenue targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
