Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across diverse industries including manufacturing, IT, and healthcare
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic sourcing
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career aspirations
- Develop strong client partnerships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for data-driven decisions
- Analyze market data to provide actionable insights to candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean searches and social recruiting
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of Detroit's labor market and key industries
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
