Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for pipeline management
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio)
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
