Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement goals
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of Albuquerque's job market and key industries
- Relevant HR/recruiting certification preferred (e.g., CERS, CSP)
