Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key clients
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed market insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing environment
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs including placements and fill rates
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Tampa Bay's job market and key industries
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
