Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for full-time positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Develop creative recruitment strategies including social media sourcing and networking
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment approaches and salary benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill roles in Memphis market
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Tennessee labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to prioritize multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP or CER preferred)
