Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using advanced recruitment techniques
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and technical competencies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies including social media, networking, and industry events
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and optimize conversion metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Strong understanding of Louisville's job market and industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet performance targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local client meetings
