Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates across diverse industries using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Collaborating with marketing team to optimize job descriptions and employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs and revenue targets
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Valid Nevada driver's license and willingness for occasional client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
