Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer brand visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and client satisfaction goals
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
