Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across technical and non-technical roles using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 open positions simultaneously across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 and startup clients
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (Greenhouse) and report key metrics weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Seattle's tech market
- Expert knowledge of sourcing methodologies and modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and candidates
- Strong understanding of Seattle's tech ecosystem, including major employers and emerging sectors
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruitment analytics and optimize strategies
