Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Seattle's tech market
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing methodologies and modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and candidates
