Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiationBuilding strategic partnerships with Oklahoma City's premier employers
- Implementing data-driven recruitment strategies using our proprietary ATS
- Maintaining 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication

Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting 120%+ quarterly placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Oklahoma City's talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search expertise
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings and industry events
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license required
