Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruitment channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand roles in healthcare, logistics, and technology
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and provide weekly performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets and client satisfaction goals
- Expertise in sourcing niche talent across healthcare, logistics, and IT sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
