Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments for cultural/technical fit
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client portfolio and job orders
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in technical or professional staffing
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
