- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 50+ companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical or healthcare professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Strong network of Denver-area professionals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
