Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Represent Elite Talent Partners at industry networking events and career fairs
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and CRM documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Columbus's talent landscape and job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
