Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (manufacturing, healthcare, IT)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems and social media for talent pipeline development
- Analyzing market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
- Collaborating with team to achieve monthly placement KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales and placement targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of Wichita's local job market and key industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
