Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Post job openings and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently
- Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure fit
- Facilitate interview scheduling and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Develop and expand candidate pipeline through networking and sourcing strategies
- Stay current with local market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
