Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and manufacturing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client solutions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient talent pipeline management
- Represent Talent Nexus at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven track record in candidate placement
- Strong knowledge of Tucson's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and recruitment technologies
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
