Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and skilled trades
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using ATS platforms and social recruiting
- Collaborate with clients to define staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement with weekly pay processing
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs and conversion rates
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless integration with client teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency environments
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics and deadlines
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
