Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced recruiting techniques including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions across diverse industries
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment workflows and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill and placement rates
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
