Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in Seattle's booming job market
- Cultivate robust pipelines of passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies
- Conduct engaging candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Forge strategic partnerships with 50+ local businesses to understand hiring needs
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative retention strategies for temporary-to-hire placements
- Maintain compliance with EEO and labor regulations across all hiring processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience in Seattle market
- Proven expertise in sourcing technical, healthcare, and finance professionals
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven recruitment metrics experience
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
