Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for efficiency
- Represent the agency at industry events and career fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
