Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using advanced sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across Oklahoma City industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging ATS platforms and local talent networks
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Drive client satisfaction through transparent communication and placement follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities in Oklahoma market
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in sourcing candidates for technical, healthcare, or financial roles
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of Oklahoma City's labor market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Staffing and Recruiting Certified (SRC) preferred
