Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Leverage ATS platforms to track candidates and metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Collaborate with marketing team for employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of Ohio's labor market and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
