Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and hospitality
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: posting, interviewing, and onboarding placements
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media to identify passive candidates
- Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive compensation benchmarks
- Drive agency growth through client acquisition and retention strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of high-volume placements across multiple industries
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and sourcing tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans labor market dynamics
