Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance roles
- Build and maintain relationships with 15+ corporate clients monthly
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to placement
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for talent acquisition
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 20+ placements annually
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Strong understanding of Minnesota's talent landscape
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification a plus
