Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries using innovative recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand talent needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and interviews for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement and onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop market intelligence to identify emerging talent trends in Louisville

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience in Louisville market
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
