Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across tech, creative, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and placement
- Build and nurture relationships with key corporate clients in Los Angeles
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and social sourcing platforms
- Drive recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in LA's competitive market
- Expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
