Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for placement success
- Market job opportunities to passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement quotas
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville's job market and key industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
