Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for permanent/temporary positions across diverse industries
- Build and nurture robust candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match top talent with client needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with EEO regulations
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven expertise in passive candidate sourcing and technical recruitment
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using recruitment metrics
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification highly desirable
- Deep understanding of Chicago's talent market dynamics
