Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for diverse technical and professional roles
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match talent with client needs
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Managing candidate pipelines through our ATS and ensuring timely placement
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry talent trends
- Collaborating with marketing to create compelling job descriptions and campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Strong technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
