Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using ATS and social media platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to identify talent pools and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate records and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing environment
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and closing placements
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
