Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with top-tier employers to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage data-driven strategies to optimize recruitment funnels and KPIs
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for talent acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and compensation trends
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency environment
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client-candidate expectations
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM systems
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency highly desirable
