Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Ohio
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using ATS and social recruiting platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for both temporary and direct-hire placements
- Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Track KPIs including fill rates, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets in Ohio market
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with candidates/clients
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven work environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
