Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for permanent/temporary roles
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Utilizing ATS systems for candidate tracking and reporting
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements
- Ensuring compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and regulations
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
