Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and engineering sectors
- Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of passive and active job seekers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance
- Build strategic partnerships with Mesa-based businesses to understand hiring needs
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry talent trends
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume environments
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
