Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through digital platforms, networking, and referrals
- Conduct detailed interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client needs
- Build/maintain robust client relationships across Omaha's key industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Optimize recruitment funnel using ATS and data-driven strategies
- Negotiate offers and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
- Track KPIs and continuously refine recruitment methodologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
