Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their unique needs and career goals.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Participate in industry events and job fairs to enhance company visibility and brand presence in the local market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
